How to create a virtual meeting room on TrueConf Server

For administrators, creating a virtual room is as easy as creating a simple conference in the TrueConf Server control panel. Don’t forget to select Without schedule (virtual room) start mode in your settings.

Regular TrueConf users can create virtual rooms:

  • from the guest page of TrueConf Server. For this purpose, there is the Schedule a conference button.
  • in the TrueConf Server personal area.
  • in a conference scheduler directly from their client application. To create a virtual room, open the Rooms tab

How to create a virtual meeting room on TrueConf Server

Step 1. Install and log in to the TrueConf client applications.
Step 2. Go to your TrueConf Server guest page or to enter your personal area and click Schedule a conference button.
Step 3. Select Without schedule (virtual room) start mode in your settings.
Step 4. Specify conference name and add participants.
Step 5. Click Create.
Step 6. Invite participants to the virtual meeting via conference link or conference ID.
